• Beratung und Betreuung aller Zielgruppen im Projektgeschäft (Planer, Projektentwickler, Bauträger, Generalunternehmer) • Projektakquise und Nachverfolgung in den einzelnen Projektphasen • Platzierung von Produkten / Lösungen in Ausschreibungen • Neukundenakquise und Betreuung von Key Accounts • Durchführung von Schulungen und Informationsveranstaltungen • Teilnahme an Fachmessen • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den einzelnen Abteilungen
Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise in der Sanitärbranche
- Einschlägige Kenntnisse in der Gebäudetechnik und im Projektgeschäft
- Ausgereiftes technisches Verständnis
- Tiefgehende Erfahrungen im Vertrieb / Verkauf
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sicherer Umgang mit der deutschen und englischen Sprache

As an Account Manager of RBS MVM Team, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy for managing Amazon Retail vendors. • Serve as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts and maintain existing contracts. • Respond professionally to urgent inbound phone calls from existing DrChrono customers • Be a point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints from customers in your territory • Identify and escalate priority issues, bugs, or product feature recommendations • Educate DrChrono customers about new product offerings • Schedule regular check-ins with our customers to fully optimize their DrChrono account • Troubleshoot problems and provide relevant information to your clients regarding their accounts • Onboard and train new clients in all aspects of the DrChrono system
