Job Requirements
- Retired O-5 / O-6 with U.S. Army Special Forces qualifications or U.S. Marine Corps Raider qualifications
- 10+ years of knowledge of special operations capabilities, service interoperability, and operational integration from tactical to strategic level
- 5+ years of experience supporting partner nation development of operating concepts and follow-on plans to support successful execution of Operational Plans (OPLAN) and Concepts of Operations (CONOP), including development of doctrine, Mission Essential Tasks, and training program design
- Extensive experience in civil-military engagement, institutional capacity building, and force professionalization
- Subject matter expertise in crafting and developing ‘whole-of-government’ approach in combating violent extremist organizations (VEO)
- Subject matter expertise in regional partner integrations for communications, analysis, and production
- 2+ years of experience working at OSD, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, or Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) special operations strategy/planning staff
- 2+ years of functional experience integrating Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) concepts into Irregular Warfare (IW) doctrine or plans
- U.S. Secret Security Clearance required
