• Plan, specify, execute and monitor functional, regression, exploratory and, when applicable, non-functional tests; • Analyze requirements, business rules and acceptance criteria to identify test scenarios, with a focus on payroll-related functionality; • Support the definition of test strategies for new features, bug fixes and release deliveries; • Create, maintain and review test cases, evidence and QA documentation; • Work with automated tests, understanding their structure, coverage, execution and maintenance; • Support the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; • Analyze failures in automated tests, support investigations and provide evidence to the responsible teams; • Prepare execution reports, coverage metrics, failure analysis, risk assessments and quality indicators; • Identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in testing processes; • Collaborate with development, product, support and other teams involved in the delivery cycle.

• Act as a liaison between the Product team and other departments (Engineering, Support, Operations), ensuring seamless communication on product updates, issues, and feature releases. • Translate technical concepts and product changes into accessible language and formats for non-technical stakeholders. • Develop and maintain comprehensive internal and training documentation (e.g., step-by-step guides, onboarding, feature release materials) for internal teams using our proprietary software, EMR, and operational tools. • Maintain and Improve streamlined systems for bug tracking, feature suggestion intake, and issue resolution working alongside the support team. • Ensure timely triage and follow-through with the Engineering team. • Own and update the internal product feature matrix, including a detailed breakdown of features, user permissions, and access by role type. • Coordinate and execute QA testing for new releases, ensuring functionality, usability, and adherence to security and compliance standards. • Help work through QA processes for both mobile and web platforms. • Maintain dashboards and documentation pertaining to engineering and IT compliance, including task tracking, remediation status, and audits. • Collaborate on improving automation for existing QA tests and feature releases. • Partner with the existing product team to help improve product velocity by assisting with speedy deployments. • Guide the support team to help maintain the feature release and feature request pipeline.

• Define and execute test strategies covering manual, automation, API, and database validation • Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks using JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright • Perform end-to-end, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms • Lead mobile testing efforts (manual + automation) using Appium • Validate APIs (manual + automated) and ensure backend data integrity • Perform database validation using PostgreSQL and SQL • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Execute cross-browser and cross-device testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Android, iOS) • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle • Track defects, manage test cases, and maintain documentation in Jira / Zephyr • Monitor test execution and reporting using tools like ReportPortal
