Role Description The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth in support of Array’s business objectives. This role plays a critical part in defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), partnering closely with sales to execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs, and supporting competitive displacement and growth initiatives. The Marketing Manager owns end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across digital, outbound, and event-based channels, translating market insights, buyer needs, and performance data into impactful, results-driven programs. This role collaborates cross-functionally with sales, account management, and marketing operations to ensure alignment, consistency, and measurable impact. What You’ll Do - Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in partnership with sales, product marketing, and revenue operations to support effective targeting and segmentation strategies. - Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel lead generation and demand programs across email, paid media, social, content syndication, events, and outbound motions. - Support and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for priority segments and named accounts, aligning messaging, channels, and offers to buying committees. - Partner closely with sales to align marketing campaigns with outbound and account-based efforts, ensuring coordination on targeting, timing, and messaging. - Own campaign strategy, planning, execution, and optimization from concept through launch, reporting, and iteration. - Create and manage campaign content, including email copy, landing pages, ads, event promotions, social media posts, and related assets tailored to target audiences. - Provide clear guidance on audience segmentation, creative direction, channel mix, and calls to action (CTAs) to maximize engagement, conversion, and lead quality. - Partner with creative and design teams to ensure campaign visuals and messaging align with brand standards and strategic objectives. - Support competitive displacement and growth initiatives by translating competitive insights and value propositions into targeted campaigns and messaging. - Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, field events, and third-party conferences as part of integrated lead and pipeline generation strategies. - Coordinate pre-event promotion, live or on-site execution support, and post-event follow-up campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing operations. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance across channels and funnel stages, using data to continuously optimize results and inform future strategy. - Partner with marketing operations to implement, test, and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and scoring processes. - Stay current on industry trends, marketing best practices, and emerging channels to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. - Perform other duties as needed. - Share campaign results, insights, and learnings with cross-functional stakeholders to support ongoing planning and optimization. Qualifications - A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, growth marketing, or demand generation roles. - Experience supporting or executing ICP-based targeting and account-based marketing (ABM) programs. - Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign strategy and execution, including digital, outbound, and event-based marketing. - Excellent writing skills with experience crafting content across multiple marketing channels. - Ability to translate buyer needs, competitive insights, and performance data into compelling, results-driven campaigns. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. - Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and applying insights to optimization. - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations, product marketing, and creative teams. Position Logistics - 100% remote position - Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality - Reports to Senior Director, Marketing Compensation and Benefits - The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 annual. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer paid life & long-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits include short-term disability, voluntary employee, spousal and child life insurance, accident, critical illness, hospital, or confinement insurance and flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) contributions. - 15 days of accrued PTO annually, plus 8 paid holidays and 3 floating holidays. - 401k.
