• Leverage central campaign measurement tools to monitor, analyze, and make recommendations on campaign performance. • Lead efforts to promote and drive adoption of the central campaign measurement tool across relevant stakeholders. • Provide inputs and lead presentations of campaign insights during monthly and quarterly business reviews. • Collaborate directly with marketing, analytics, and other cross-functional teams. • Be fully hands-on and lead projects, perform data analysis. • Deliver projects, adherence to expected timelines, accuracy & compliance. • Mentor team members on analytical, technical and functional subject matters.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or any other quantitative streams with 6+ years of hands-on relevant analytics/data science experience, or in lieu of a degree 8+ years of relevant analytics/data science experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Experience in SQL /SAS
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience on campaign measurement
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization tools esp. Tableau
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
  • Strong written/oral communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with Python and R, preferably in a Linux-based cloud environment such as AWS
