Role Description The Sourcing Recruiter is a recruitment specialist focused on finding and engaging passive candidates and building long-term talent pipelines. The role requires a team-oriented approach, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying top talent and building relationships within the healthcare industry. This is a part-time (30 to 40 hours per week), 6-month temporary role with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be located in EST/CST time zones. - Proactively search for talent using various sourcing tools and platforms - Develop outreach strategies including personalized messaging to spark interest in specific roles - Document candidate activity in the applicant tracking system - Facilitate initial phone screening of applicants for recruiters, and conduct phone screens or interviews as needed - Support the hiring needs for assigned departments, learning and understanding the broader organizational culture to drive intended outcomes - Build pipelines of qualified prospects for future hiring needs even when no immediate vacancy exists - Act as an advisor to the Talent Acquisition team on market intelligence by providing data on talent availability and industry trends - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required - 4 years’ experience working in a high-volume, corporate recruitment capacity - Experience using an applicant tracking system required; Jobvite experience preferred - Working knowledge of federal employment laws required Requirements - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Proficient with applicant tracking systems - Strong time management skills - Healthcare and Technology recruitment experience preferred Travel - No Travel
