As the Senior Data & Trust Manager for TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods, supported by the Director of Data Strategy & Partner Services, you will: - Ensure all TAC data initiatives meet rigorous privacy, security, and ethical standards. - Collaborate with, advise, and guide the business in addressing privacy and data considerations. - Advocate for TELUS’ Trust Model as the fundamental driver for all decisions around data. Qualifications - Demonstrated ability to enable emerging technologies related to privacy and AI laws, data ethics, and data governance. - Valued for knowledge and expertise in applying privacy and regulatory laws, guidance, and best practices. - Trusted as a collaborative partner who acts with integrity and applies critical thinking. - Demonstrated track record of defining and delivering measurable outcomes in a complex stakeholder environment. - Skilled influencer and negotiator with strong conflict resolution skills. - Comfortable with ambiguity and recognized for decision-making in a fluid environment. - Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-experts. - Minimum 5 years of industry experience in data ethics, AI, operational data governance, privacy, and/or data protection. - Certified International Association of Privacy Professional (IAPP) or willingness to become certified within 6 months. Requirements - Bilingualism in English and French, verbal and/or written (great-to-haves). - Legal background/experience (great-to-haves). - Experience working in a large, matrixed organization (great-to-haves). - Advanced knowledge of English required for interaction with external and internal parties. The Role Abridge is seeking an Enterprise Development Associate – Strategic Accounts to help generate new business with Strategic Accounts by creating market awareness, identifying potential clients, and qualifying leads through inbound and outbound channels. The Enterprise Development Associate – Strategic Accounts’s primary responsibility is to turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to execute lead-generation phone and email campaigns.
