Role Description The Chief of Staff team partners closely with the CFO to support strategic priorities and ensure the CFO is consistently informed, prepared, and positioned to drive impact. The team enhances transparency across Finance leadership and connects insights across the organization. In addition, the team leads and executes high impact, ad hoc initiatives in support of the broader Finance organization and key partners. This role is highly project driven and well suited for a candidate who is strategic, highly organized, and meticulous about documentation and data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, operate with a high degree of ownership, and be comfortable working both independently and in highly collaborative environments. The position offers exceptional exposure to senior Finance leadership, the broader Firm, and the external industry landscape. This role is centered on maximizing the CFO's effectiveness while contributing to strategic, value added initiatives across Finance, including: - Leading and executing special projects sponsored by the CFO and Chief of Staff team, supporting strategic initiatives from concept through delivery - Partnering closely with firmwide teams to anticipate upcoming needs, align on priorities, and communicate key Firm and Finance initiatives - Developing thoughtful, non-administrative agenda content for leadership and team meetings - Identifying, synthesizing, and summarizing relevant market events, research, and external developments for senior audiences Responsibilities Include: - CFO Efficiency/Management: - Maximize travel and site visit schedule and accompanying engagement events - Identify and vet both internal and external meeting/event opportunities - Correspondence requests - Internal & External Engagements - Briefings for the CFO's meetings with clients.
