Mid/Senior Counsel

• Provide expert counsel on complex multi-jurisdictional corporate and regulatory matters while negotiating business and strategic requirements and agreements. • Advise product teams on regulatory compliance matters concerning DeFi and AI. Conduct regulatory research and advise the business on the most appropriate implications of such regulations to each of our business lines. • Structure Archon Financial’s business and relationships with partners from both corporate and contractual perspectives. • Monitor, assess, and advise the business on legal and regulatory issues that impact product development. • Continuously evaluate operational risks and legal requirements to ensure outstanding support as Archon Financial and Skybase’s businesses continue to grow. • Advise on and structure complex commercial crypto transactions involving crypto. • Manage relationships with external local counsels across a range of jurisdictions to secure clear, actionable input in an efficient and cost-effective manner. • Work effectively across business units and product-related functions to resolve complex business and risk issues. • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the Sky Ecosystem who cooperate with Archon Financial or impact our projects. • Other legal projects: depending on skills, preferences, and company needs, you can get involved in a wide range of legal topics, including RWAs, intellectual property, employment, corporate projects, and other in-house legal projects.
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree and active bar admission.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience as a Legal Counsel, ideally within the web3 sector.
- Proven ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks.
- Fluency with crypto-asset regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in legal drafting and analysis.
- Ability to navigate complex governance structures.
- Strong organizational abilities with a track record of managing complex client matters.
- Sharp analytical skills and a demonstrated problem-solving aptitude.
- High level of self-discipline and the capacity to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to knowledge-sharing and team success.

Senior Legal Counsel – Contracts Role Summary The Senior Legal Counsel – Contracts will serve as a trusted legal advisor to commercial, procurement, and operational teams, with primary responsibility for drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of complex commercial agreements.
