• Work with team to build a state directory of resources that support moms and babies • Research service providers to gather information on resources and services they provide • Recruit providers to join the Directory • Communicate with service providers through emails and phone calls • Verify information and ensure accurate and complete entry into database systems

• Lead and manage your own personal recruiting desk • Execute full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through candidate presentation and placement • Headhunt physicians, travel nurses, and medical sales professionals through proactive outreach, networking, and job platforms • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates • Conduct candidate screening, credential verification, and qualification assessments • Coordinate interviews and assist with offer negotiation and placement • Maintain accurate records within the company ATS and recruiting systems • Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals for repeat placements
