Role Description - Apoyar los procesos de selección de personal, contribuyendo a la atracción y gestión del talento humano. - Apoyo en procesos de reclutamiento y selección de personal. - Publicación de vacantes en diferentes plataformas. - Filtro y validación de hojas de vida. - Citación y programación de entrevistas. - Apoyo en entrevistas y seguimiento a candidatos. - Actualización de bases de datos e indicadores del área. - Acompañamiento en procesos administrativos de gestión humana. - Apoyo en actividades de bienestar y formación organizacional.
