Sales Development Representative – B2B Sales
CUREosity GmbH
• Identify and prioritize occupational therapy, physiotherapy and rehabilitation facilities with potential for VR therapy • Proactively reach out to relevant decision-makers via phone, email and LinkedIn — with a clear focus on needs and value • Qualify leads according to defined criteria and develop a solid understanding of customer requirements • Prepare high-quality initial meetings for the sales team, including structured handover of relevant insights • Independently manage and maintain the pipeline in the CRM system • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine target-group outreach, messaging and processes • Continuously track key KPIs to steer your own performance
Job Requirements
- Ideally experience in B2B sales (e.g., as an SDR, BDR or in a comparable role)
- Enjoy proactively approaching potential customers, conducting conversations and turning them into real opportunities
- Strong drive to achieve goals, stay persistent and make your impact measurable
- Ability to address different stakeholders appropriately and explain more complex topics in an understandable way
- Structured, independent working style and a good sense of priorities
- Confident use of digital tools; ideally prior experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and a data-driven approach
- Very good German language skills (C2)

• Customer communication. Initiate and manage conversations with potential clients across phone, email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms. • Opportunity generation. Identify and engage potential buyers to generate qualified meetings for the sales team. • Cold outreach. Perform cold calls and emails to introduce the company and spark initial interest. • Social selling.
