• Serve as fractional On-Site Energy Manager for one or more of Environ’s clients • Conduct ASHRAE Level I & II energy audits, including data collection, site inspections, and energy analysis • Identify energy conservation measures (ECMs) and quantify potential savings • Develop detailed energy assessment reports with actionable recommendations • Assist in the development of turnkey energy efficiency projects, from feasibility analysis to implementation • Perform technical and financial analysis of ECMs, including ROI and payback calculations • Support the preparation of project proposals, including scope of work, cost estimates, and savings projections • Serve as a technical expert in energy efficiency and engineering consulting engagements • Communicate findings, recommendations, and implementation strategies to clients • Provide ongoing support and advisory services to help clients achieve their annual energy efficiency goals • Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ASHRAE, local building energy codes, and utility incentive programs • Stay up to date on energy efficiency regulations, emerging technologies, and best practices • Conduct on-site assessments at client facilities, including mechanical system inspections and data logging • Travel is required to support client engagements, site visits, and project implementation

• Own the full technical bid process — from analyzing customer inquiries, RFQs, and tenders to determining proposal requirements, scope of supply, and winning equipment configurations. • Lead the matrix technical team across Application Engineering, EHS, Product Engineering, and the Renewables product line. • Analyze technical specifications and documentation to develop optimum protection and control system solutions, ensuring all technical submissions are complete, compliant, and delivered on time. • Manage pre- and post-bid clarifications proactively, ensuring questions are raised early and all responses are tracked and addressed before submission deadlines. • Ensure subcontract inquiry packages are complete and subcontract offers are secured well ahead of bid submission. • Prepare and present detailed cost estimates to the Proposals Manager, incorporating a thorough risk and opportunity (R&O) assessment, mitigation strategies, and appropriate contingency allowances. • Bring strong commercial awareness and cross-functional knowledge to influence sales strategy across your territory, assess information critically, and recommend solutions that go beyond • Stay informed of industry trends and apply that knowledge to improve proposals, processes, and outcomes.
