Environ Energy

• Serve as fractional On-Site Energy Manager for one or more of Environ’s clients • Conduct ASHRAE Level I & II energy audits, including data collection, site inspections, and energy analysis • Identify energy conservation measures (ECMs) and quantify potential savings • Develop detailed energy assessment reports with actionable recommendations • Assist in the development of turnkey energy efficiency projects, from feasibility analysis to implementation • Perform technical and financial analysis of ECMs, including ROI and payback calculations • Support the preparation of project proposals, including scope of work, cost estimates, and savings projections • Serve as a technical expert in energy efficiency and engineering consulting engagements • Communicate findings, recommendations, and implementation strategies to clients • Provide ongoing support and advisory services to help clients achieve their annual energy efficiency goals • Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ASHRAE, local building energy codes, and utility incentive programs • Stay up to date on energy efficiency regulations, emerging technologies, and best practices • Conduct on-site assessments at client facilities, including mechanical system inspections and data logging • Travel is required to support client engagements, site visits, and project implementation

• Full P&L Ownership • Own revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and overall financial performance of the sustainability services product line • Develop and deliver annual operating plans and long-term value creation targets • Drive pricing strategy, cost structure optimization, and resource allocation • Establish financial rigor across forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking • Partner with Revenue Team leadership to drive revenue growth and client retention • Maintain visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and cross-sell execution, ensuring the operational foundation (product-market fit, value proposition, and delivery capabilities) enables sales success, without direct ownership of sales performance • Identify new service offerings, pricing models, and market opportunities • Standardize and scale delivery models across the segment • Drive efficiency in resourcing, utilization, and project economics • Implement consistent KPIs, dashboards, and reporting across product offerings • Lead investments in tools, systems, and process improvements to enhance scalability • Establish risk management processes to mitigate operational risks and ensure regulatory compliance across all regions and service lines • Translate corporate strategy into actionable plans • Prioritize initiatives that maximize enterprise value (growth, margin, scalability), while maintaining the mission of the organization • Monitor performance and adjust strategy based on market dynamics and results • Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and day-to-day execution • Work closely with the functional teams and business units to ensure alignment across all company initiatives • Foster a collaborative environment that drives innovation and operational success • Lead integration of acquired sustainability services businesses, if applicable • Ensure realization of revenue synergies, cost efficiencies, and capability expansion • Drive consistency in processes, tools, and client delivery approaches • Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across the full product line • Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and account growth metrics • Step in on key strategic accounts or escalations as needed • Report on performance, risks, and opportunities to C-Suite • Contribute to value creation planning and exit readiness • Provide clear visibility into drivers of financial and operational performance

• Conduct in-depth audits of customer utility bills to identify billing errors, overcharges, and opportunities for refunds or credits • Analyze utility tariffs, supplier pricing models, and state regulations to validate billing accuracy and ensure compliance • Prepare detailed case documentation and data analysis to support audit findings and client negotiations • Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development to support client acquisition, proposal development, and strategic growth initiatives • Identify and assist with cross sale opportunities • Participate in client engagements, including virtual and occasional on-site meetings, facility walk-throughs, and presentations of findings • Review utility contracts and assist in validating terms, rates, and billing structures • Support sales tax usage studies and exemption analyses • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process efficiencies, automation opportunities, and best practices • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data management and reporting • Perform additional duties as assigned

• Translate complex datasets and market activity into clear, insightful narratives that drive understanding and action • Generate market analyses, from idea generation through analysis • Monitor and analyze key drivers of U.S. energy markets (e.g., supply/demand dynamics, pricing trends, regulatory developments) • Research and contextualize market events, policy changes, and regulatory activity to assess potential impacts • Develop compelling deliverables (reports, presentations, etc) that effectively communicate insights through both data and storytelling • Present findings to internal and external stakeholders, tailoring messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences • Provide ongoing market intelligence and thought leadership, connecting trends and events into cohesive “so what” insights • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, client services, and strategy teams to translate analysis into actionable recommendations • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends, clearly articulating their potential impact on client strategies • Support the development and enhancement of internal tools, models, and data visualization capabilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients within the assigned territory, including large C&I businesses, institutions to get to your annual goals • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals, leveraging market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through marketing qualified leads (MQLs), sales qualified leads (SQLs), networking, referrals, association events and other proactive outreach efforts • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their energy consumption patterns, sustainability goals, budget, and financial objectives • Educate clients on the benefits of Environ Solutions • Customize proposals and presentations to align with clients' specific requirements • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport through transparent communication, timely follow-ups, and exceptional customer service • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of clean energy projects • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the clean energy sector • Provide regular reports and updates on market dynamics to sales management

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries within Dremio to extract, transform, and analyze data across the organization • Build and support data pipelines to assist teams in migrating data into the lakehouse or surfacing it for use in external applications • Develop and deploy serverless logic using Azure Functions and maintain modern software solutions using C#, Python, or TypeScript/JavaScript • Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI to support business decision-making • Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure data integrity • Participate in code reviews and the ongoing development/maintenance of both in-house and acquired software packages • Assist in automating deployment workflows using Terraform and other DevOps best practices
