• Migrate Atlassian tools to Salesforce to meet organizational requirements. • Keep Salesforce environment updated with the latest features and plugins. • Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions, ensuring proper access control and security compliance. • Design, develop, document, and maintain workflows, templates, custom fields, screens, and other configurations within Salesforce tools • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and senior management to align business needs with technology solutions. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Atlassian applications for reliability and efficiency. • Identify operational, financial, and technological risks and opportunities for improvement. • Provide end-user support and training, including creating documentation and conducting training sessions. • Integrate Atlassian tools with other systems. • Stay current with Atlassian product updates, features, and best practices, recommending improvements and upgrades. • Work with vendors and support teams to resolve technical issues and manage system upgrades and migrations. • Collaborate with teams to identify and understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce workflows. • Develop and present reports, dashboards, and insights to stakeholders and senior leadership. • Analyze and document business processes end-to-end to identify risks and opportunities for efficiency improvements. • Build a trusting, open, and communicative relationship with clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- All candidates must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
- 7-10 years of experience in business analysis.
- Experience as a Salesforce Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Experience working on large-scale projects and handling day-to-day operational requests is often expected.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce workflows, permissions, notification schemes, screens schemes, plug-ins, etc.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in agile process and agile management/documentation tools (ex: JIRA, Confluence,)
- Familiarity with system analysis, process modeling, dashboard creation, and software maintenance.
- Competency in using visualization tools (ex: Visio, Lucid) to create meaningful systems diagrams and business logic documentation.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Collaboration and relationship-building skills to work with various stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, resolve gaps, adapt to change in priorities, manage time efficiently, and negotiate with stakeholders.
