You will be responsible for the meticulous organization, tagging, and proactive discovery of high-potential materials within a library of tens of thousands of assets. Your mission will be ensuring every visual asset is fully utilized and that production efforts are laser-focused on the specific visual components currently driving performance in our marketing campaigns. You will bridge the gap between raw content and winning ads by identifying hidden gems and maintaining a sophisticated visual taxonomy. - Master the Canto DAM system to create intuitive folder structures and precise tagging. - Move beyond simple filing to identify patterns in what makes a "good" asset based on previous campaign success. - Regularly curate Trend Portals that cross-pollinate winning visual styles between different product verticals. - Develop and maintain a Visual Language for the agency, ensuring assets are tagged by psychological triggers (e.g., Trust, Safety) rather than just basic descriptions. - Self-direct content audits to spot inventory gaps (e.g., "We are scaling product X but have no drone footage") and notify production before bottlenecks occur. - Maintain Style Guides to ensure every editor is using the correct, most up-to-date brand materials and best practices. - Scan competitor ads to find Lookalike assets within our own library to replicate winning layouts. Qualifications - 3+ years managing large-scale libraries for agencies, production houses, or e-commerce brands. - An exceptional eye for detail and the ability to look at a photo and identify three different marketing angles it could fit into. - Ability to manage projects and conduct audits without constant oversight. - This role suits a creative professional with a strong organizational mindset — not a technical or performance marketing background. - Mandatory location in Europe . - Strong communication skills, ownership, and a proactive approach to quality. Requirements - Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere or Photoshop to understand the editor's workflow. - Active use of AI tools to optimize your own work and asset discovery. Benefits - Remote Work - we are a truly remote-first company. You choose where you feel the most productive and comfortable to make an impact. - Paid Time Off - work-life balance matters to us, and we support it with paid time off for rest, personal time, or simply doing what makes you happy. - Ongoing Learning - we believe in curiosity and growth. That’s why we support continuous learning with workshops, online courses, conferences, and certifications. - Home Office - we help you set up your perfect workspace by covering equipment and furniture expenses, so you can do your best work from home. - Physical Well-Being - from gym memberships and yoga classes to home workout equipment or even a bicycle, we give you the flexibility to stay active your way. - Unlimited Sick Days - your health matters. Take the time you need to rest and recover - we’ll be here when you’re ready to return. - Medical Coverage - we support you and your family with reimbursement for medical insurance and health-related expenses, including dental care and psychological support. - Co-Working Space - if you sometimes crave a change of scenery or more social interaction, we’ll cover the full cost of a co-working space. - Fun Stuff - from gaming nights and fitness challenges to annual retreats at world-class resorts, we make sure there’s never a shortage of fun and connection.
