Sales Representative

BioStem Technologies (OTC: BSEM)

• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase market share within the assigned territory. • Promote and sell to commercial hospitals, physician offices, wound care centers, and Federal Government accounts. • Achieves sales performance goals as specified in the sales/quota plan. • Define and identify key market opportunities, implement marketing strategies, and effectively implement sales direction to penetrate existing accounts and gain new customers. • Conducts all job functions in a manner that promotes a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. • Develop territory business plan to ensure achievement of monthly revenue goals and overall sustainable long-term growth.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in outside sales preferably in the medical device, wound care, biotechnology, or tissue segment.
  • Previous experience in high growth organizations building market share.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
  • High energy, flexibility, results oriented individual.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong collaborative skills; ability to work equally efficient with other team members as part of an interdisciplinary team and independently (with minimal supervision)
