• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtaining quotes and negotiating favourable terms • Raise and process purchase orders in line with company procurement policies • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors • Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues promptly • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation • Assist with budget tracking and cost-saving initiatives • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs and manage stock levels

• Own the strategic growth, commercial performance and development of our Dental Implants category across our practice network • Lead on everything from growth and marketing initiatives to supplier partnerships and clinical engagement • Establish a clear category growth strategy and delivery roadmap agreed with senior stakeholders • Engage with clinicians, Regional Clinical Leads and practice teams across the network • Drive tangible improvements in category performance, treatment uptake and patient access • Develop effective supplier partnerships delivering innovation, training and commercial value • Implement scalable treatment pathways and operational workflows across practices • Create clear performance reporting and insight frameworks to support ongoing category development

• Functional Delivery Lead and support SAP Ariba Sourcing implementations, including event creation, RFx, auctions, scoring, and award scenarios • Configure Ariba Contracts including clause libraries, templates, approval workflows, and contract authoring processes • Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders • Translate sourcing and contracting business processes into standard Ariba capabilities, minimizing customizations • Support integration touchpoints with SAP S/4HANA or ECC (where applicable), in collaboration with technical teams • Coordinate with Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) and downstream modules where sourcing dependencies exist • Assist with data migration, master data validation, and sourcing template standardization • Develop and execute SIT and UAT test scenarios aligned to sourcing and contracting processes • Support cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization activities • Troubleshoot functional issues and drive resolution with SAP and internal teams

• Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team for Charles River Laboratories, a large life sciences client. • Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership and client to manage expectations and team deliverables. • Drive results through S&P program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guideline, AND meeting account level KPIs and goals. • Develop and deliver total supply chain strategy and solutions • Manage internal and external expectations by understanding business needs and priorities. • Achieves Financial and Compliance Results Oversight of annual sourcing plan development. • Identify risks and opportunities to clients/stakeholders and recommend strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk. • Own sourcing compliance and controls. • Develop and maintain systematic, analytical, and results-based method for savings. • Recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top S&P talent.
