Procurement Officer
Remote Recruitment
• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtaining quotes and negotiating favourable terms • Raise and process purchase orders in line with company procurement policies • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors • Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues promptly • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation • Assist with budget tracking and cost-saving initiatives • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs and manage stock levels
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software or ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Good understanding of procurement best practices and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
- Relevant degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics preferred
