Category Manager – Dental Implants
Portman Dental Care
• Own the strategic growth, commercial performance and development of our Dental Implants category across our practice network • Lead on everything from growth and marketing initiatives to supplier partnerships and clinical engagement • Establish a clear category growth strategy and delivery roadmap agreed with senior stakeholders • Engage with clinicians, Regional Clinical Leads and practice teams across the network • Drive tangible improvements in category performance, treatment uptake and patient access • Develop effective supplier partnerships delivering innovation, training and commercial value • Implement scalable treatment pathways and operational workflows across practices • Create clear performance reporting and insight frameworks to support ongoing category development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Life Sciences / Health Sciences)
- Some professional experience in category management, programme management or commercial project delivery, ideally within a structured or blue-chip organisation
- Demonstrated ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives and drive implementation across multiple stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills , with the ability to engage effectively with clinicians, operational teams and senior leaders
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvement
- Excellent communication, organisation and delivery skills
- Full driving license and car required for practice visits
