Senior Sales Development Representative

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales channels. • Identify and qualify decision-makers within target companies. • Generate and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and leadership teams. • Research prospects and tailor outreach messaging based on industry pain points. • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates. • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign performance. • Handle high-volume outreach while maintaining strong personalization and engagement. • Communicate technical products or services confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Meet and exceed KPIs related to meetings booked, pipeline generated, and response rates.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or outbound sales professional.
  • Previous experience in technical sales, SaaS sales, IT services, cybersecurity, software platforms, cloud solutions, or similar industries preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with a neutral or professional accent.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
  • Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales targets.
  • Comfortable working with international clients, primarily in the US, UK, or European markets.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Stable internet connection and remote work setup required.

Role Description We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support the North and South American regions.
