Role Description We are looking for a delivery-focused Scrum Master to support Agile teams within a complex, multi-team transformation program. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large-scale information technology, infrastructure, construction, and capital improvement programs. The successful candidate will work closely with program managers, engineers, and government stakeholders to monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and provide data-driven recommendations to support effective decision-making. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or a related field. - Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules for large programs or projects; or ten (10) years of equivalent experience in schedule management. - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Web App, and related scheduling tools. - Experience managing schedules for IT infrastructure, facilities, construction, or capital improvement projects. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Preferred Qualifications - Current Project Management Professional. - Experience supporting federal agencies, including healthcare, engineering, or facilities programs. - Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM), critical path analysis, and schedule risk assessment techniques. - Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
