• Own the end-to-end delivery of software initiatives • Build and maintain detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and release roadmaps • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and milestones • Track and communicate project status, risks, and delivery confidence • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives • Act as a servant leader, fostering trust, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement • Identify and remove team impediments and support teams through delivery challenges • Act as the primary delivery point of contact for stakeholders across Product, Engineering, QA, IT Solutions, and Operations

• Design and develop full-stack fintech solutions for enterprise and consumer applications • Work within AI-Native workflows: define problems clearly, provide context to AI agents, steer solutions, and verify outcomes • Build front-end experiences by translating UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code • Develop APIs, services, and integration patterns for high-performance systems • Contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation • Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable solutions

• Define and deliver the product roadmap for your area, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and strategic priorities. • Act as the voice of the customer, using data, feedback, and market research to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and define success metrics. • Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable product requirements (PR/FAQs, user stories, acceptance criteria). • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, design, and operations to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope. • Drive execution from concept to launch, including stakeholder alignment, sprint planning, release readiness, and post-launch analysis. • Measure performance through usage data, feedback loops, and key performance indicators to guide continuous improvement. • Facilitate clear communication, documenting and presenting updates to stakeholders at multiple levels. • Contribute to process improvement, refining how the product team plans, delivers, and measures success. • Champion eCapital’s leadership principles, earning trust, thinking big, delivering results, and maintaining a bias for action.
