• Evaluate prospective clients by analyzing financial statements, collateral, and risk factors to support informed credit decisions. • Work closely with sales, operations, and senior management, coordinating due diligence, funding, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with the company’s risk framework and best practices. • Coordinate and analyze results of due diligence searches, audits, and background reports. • Where appropriate, meet and/or interview the prospective client’s management team onsite. • Collate and review prospective client’s historical and projected financial statements, cash flows, availability of collateral value ensuring accurately reflected in Sanction Request. • Identify critical transactional/structural risks and communicate issues to senior management. • Completion of the Sanction Request in compliance with the Risk Framework in collaboration with the Sales Team member. • Facilitate the effective hand over of new client to Operations staff servicing the facility. • Coordinate internally and externally; including with third-parties such as existing lenders, partner lenders, appraisers, outside counsel and industry consultants bringing in senior management at the appropriate time. • Support networking activities as needed. • Undertake project work as required by the local and/or group companies. • Coordinate the initial funding of transactions including the closing/reconciliation of good faith deposits and the preparation of funding documentation and memos.

• Perform thorough analysis of borrower financial condition, including real time data aggregation, review of compliance with loan covenants, performing trend analysis, and assessing quality of reporting. • Prepare and analyze recurring (daily, weekly, etc.) funding request documents. This process requires use of advanced Excel tools and loan system software. • Prepare and analyze monthly financial workbooks updates including data aggregation, mapping of new data sources, roll forward, accounts receivable aging, census reporting, tracking collections and sales trends. This requires use of advanced Excel tools and loan system software. • Report to Portfolio Managers findings that may indicate new or emerging risks with potentially adverse effect on loan collateral or borrower ability to repay the loan. • Ensure all credit files are complete, identify any documentation deficiencies, work with Portfolio Operations and Legal to address any deficiencies, and maintain ownership for borrower portfolio shared drive file management. • Maintain the loan system for portfolio borrowers, ensuring real time updates to client service guides and verifying accuracy of data captured in the system. • Communicating with client regarding monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements. • Perform borrower specific loan administration tasks on an as needed basis, such as facilitating completion of legal documentation processes, review of news feeds, lien searches, obtaining insurance certificates, reviewing certificates of good standing. This process includes administrative tasks. • Perform portfolio wide administrative tasks on an as needed basis such as updating loan systems with daily collections, advances, end of day closings, and portfolio reconciliation. • Maintain a strong working knowledge of eCapital operating policies and procedures and identify potential exceptions. • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Design and develop full-stack fintech solutions for enterprise and consumer applications • Work within AI-Native workflows: define problems clearly, provide context to AI agents, steer solutions, and verify outcomes • Build front-end experiences by translating UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code • Develop APIs, services, and integration patterns for high-performance systems • Contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation • Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable solutions
