Role Description We are looking for a delivery-focused Scrum Master to support Agile teams within a complex, multi-team transformation program. In this role, you will help teams stay aligned, remove blockers, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and support the successful delivery of projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and reviews - Support Agile delivery across multiple teams, workstreams, within a complex transformation program - Partner with Product Owners, delivery leads, and stakeholders to ensure priorities, dependencies, and timelines are aligned - Remove blockers and impediments that impact team productivity and delivery momentum - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability, and Agile best practices - Coordinate cross-team activities and help manage dependencies across technical and business teams - Track sprint progress, team performance, risks, and delivery metrics using Agile management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira - Support governance, reporting, and escalation processes in hybrid Agile delivery environments - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment - Help teams adapt and improve Agile processes to meet evolving project and organizational needs - Promote effective backlog management and sprint planning practices - Support delivery planning and execution within enterprise or public-sector environments Qualifications - Proven experience supporting Agile delivery across multiple teams or complex enterprise transformation programs - Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to lead Agile ceremonies, manage stakeholders, and support escalation processes - Demonstrated ability to remove blockers, drive continuous improvement, and help teams deliver effectively in fast-paced environments - Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, business analysts, and data teams - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within hybrid Agile delivery environments with governance and reporting requirements - Hands-on experience using Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog, sprint, and workflow management - Experience in healthcare, public sector, data, integration, or interoperability-focused projects are considered strong assets - Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM) are considered assets Requirements - Always improving your skills and knowledge: you want to be the best at what you do - Curious and creative; comfortable taking on new problems and challenges - A self-starter with the ability to recommend priorities to the project leader - Comfortable working through problems and figuring things out with minimal supervision - Great problem-solving skills: thorough and reliable - Able to work in a team: share knowledge and assist other team members - A good communicator: able to explain your ideas and recommendations - Well organized and dependable under pressure: you manage your time effectively - Energized by our company values! This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large-scale information technology, infrastructure, construction, and capital improvement programs.
