Job Requirements
- Master or higher level qualification, in Learning and Design or a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 5 years working in Learning and Design
- Experience working with education, industry or community partners in Adult learning.
- Experience in designing learning experiences that apply andragogical and pedagogical design principles
- Empathetic: Understand the challenges faced by online learners
- Organised & proactive: Able to manage time and responsibilities independently
- Tech-confident: Comfortable navigating online learning platforms
- Student-focused: Passionate about helping students succeed
- Flexibility to work sessional part-time: hours typically ranging from 4-8 per week. Hours may increase depending on assessment/marking cadences and the number of student groups you support.
