About You Nutrafol is seeking an IT Manager to join its NYC Office - this is a Hybrid/Remote role and will be required to be in-office 2-3 days per week. We’re looking for a true people person, willing to interact day-to-day across teams and are passionate about finding solutions and about technology as a tool for success. You’re comfortable with a variety of IT functions, including Mac and PC setup, troubleshooting office equipment & systems, and setting up new software products and platforms, all while staying organized and thinking big picture about cost, timing, and security. You are a critical member of the Nutrafol team, assisting every employee all the way up to the executive team to remain efficient and effective with all of the tools and software they need. This position will report to the CTO. Responsibilities - Respond to employee issues and tech support requests. Provide backup coverage to your team as needed. - Make recommendations and implement a highly secure infrastructure environment & architecture. - Develop consistent, clear processes & procedures to reduce errors in execution. - Maintain IT policies and vendor relationships while delivering on quarterly IT objectives - Evaluate emerging technologies to advance our IT infrastructure and scalability as Nutrafol grows. - Set-up and manage a help desk ticketing system to assist employees with various issues spanning AV, computer software, mobile devices, network connectivity, G-suite, etc. - Partner with People Ops/Talent Acquisition to create best practices related to onboarding/offboarding employee equipment & tech platform needs. - Brief and update the Executive team regularly on all IT related matters. - Control access to various cloud-based solutions and assist in the procurement of new systems to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency. - Coordinate and perform maintenance and provide ongoing support for all of Nutrafol’s infrastructure environment. - Provide oversight on system access and enforce standard security principles as defined by the company. - Manage all vendor relationships related to computers, software, and security. - Manage internet/network, conference room AV, and other systems to keep the office space running efficiently. - Procure and manage computers, monitors, and accessories for all employees and manage efficient reuse of older equipment. Requirements - 6-8 years of experience working in a mixed Mac & PC environment with experience setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting both families of devices - 2+ years of experience hiring, supervising, and managing teams - Previous experience working in a scaling company, like agencies or startups; eComm experience is a plus - Experiencing managing G-Suite required - Working knowledge of JIRA service desk - Experience with Kandji is a plus - Experience implementing an infrastructure performance monitoring program that takes into account hybrid cloud infrastructure - Experience managing iOS and Android devices to assist employees with troubleshooting - Excellent oral communication and writing, as this role constantly interacts with our Executive team and employees - Incredibly detail-oriented and organized, managing multiple streams of work at a time with regular disruptions - Experience working with remote employees and remote logistics is required Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
