Role Description L3Harris is seeking a highly skilled Lead Supplier Quality Engineer to support a critical strategic supplier and serve as the Supplier Quality Lead for Supply Chain Strategy across composites, EPDM elastomers, phenolic materials, and specialty chemicals. This role requires a hands-on quality engineer with deep technical expertise in aerospace materials and manufacturing processes, and a proven ability to drive proactive risk mitigation and performance improvement at large, complex suppliers. - Serve as the Supplier Quality Lead for an Integrated Supplier Team supporting a critical, high-risk supplier. - Provide technical and strategic leadership for supplier quality performance, including quality planning, risk management, and continuous improvement. - Use structured, data-driven methodologies and statistical tools to strengthen supplier manufacturing capability, reduce variation, and prevent defects. - Develop and execute supplier engagement strategies to ensure quality is embedded during capacity expansion and production ramp-up. - Apply advanced quality engineering principles throughout the supplier lifecycle. - Assess supplier manufacturing processes, quality systems, and technical capability to meet missile production requirements. - Conduct supplier risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent quality escapes and supply disruptions. - Develop supplier quality plans, process controls, and inspection strategies. - Participate in MRB, change review boards, and configuration control activities. - Lead complex supplier investigations and ensure effective Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) closure. - Develop and execute Return-to-Green and continuous improvement plans to elevate supplier performance. - Serve as Supplier Quality Lead for Supply Chain Strategy by providing technical expertise to: - Evaluate and qualify new suppliers to increase capacity and resilience. - Lead early supplier engagement to ensure manufacturability and robust quality planning. - Support capability development and process improvements to meet long-term production growth. - Travel can be up to 60%. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior related quality experience. - Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related quality experience. - In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related quality experience. - Direct manufacturing and operational expertise in composites, EPDM elastomers, phenolic materials, or specialty chemicals. - Demonstrated experience managing quality performance for strategic, high-risk, or highly technical suppliers. - Experience qualifying and developing new suppliers. - Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards including AS9100, AS9102, and AS9145. - Excellent technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. - Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. - Previous MRB experience. - Experience supporting missile systems or defense aerospace programs. Requirements - In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $116,500 - $216,500. - The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $101,500 - $188,500. - This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. • Lead end-to-end Pharma MES implementation programs across the complete project lifecycle • Conduct discovery workshops, understand customer manufacturing processes, and define target operating models • Translate business and shopfloor requirements into MES functional and technical solution designs • Lead recipe authoring activities including MBR/EBR configuration, execution flows, exception handling, and review-by-exception processes • Drive process mapping, fit-gap analysis, URS/FRS documentation, and solution blueprint preparation • Architect and guide integrations between MES, ERP, automation systems, historians, and enterprise platforms across L1-L5 layers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Manufacturing Operations, Validation, IT, and Automation stakeholders • Ensure compliance alignment with GxP, audit trails, e-signatures, validation requirements, and data integrity standards • Lead workstreams and mentor teams across functional, integration, and validation tracks • Manage project scope, risks, milestones, estimations, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance • Support UAT, validation execution, deployment planning, production rollout, and hypercare activities • Participate in customer presentations, solutioning discussions, and pre-sales activities to shape opportunities and influence decisions • Provide strategic recommendations and solution trade-offs aligned with customer value, scalability, and compliance objectives • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support troubleshooting/resolution of complex MES and integration issues.

• Design and lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for enterprise-scale implementations • Develop scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications • Architect and implement features such as Einstein Bot, Unified Messaging, MIAW, and Agentforce integrations • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions and architecture designs • Define integration architecture between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms • Ensure optimal use of Salesforce declarative and programmatic capabilities based on business needs • Conduct architecture and design reviews, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on Apex, LWC, and system design • Manage platform performance, scalability, and governance, including handling Salesforce limitations and constraints • Lead client discussions, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide solution advisory support • Oversee end-to-end delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define Salesforce roadmap and solution strategy • Mentor and guide technical teams to improve solution quality and delivery efficiency
