• Atuar na configuração, operação e suporte da plataforma DataSafer; • Apoiar usuários e áreas técnicas na utilização da ferramenta; • Criar, executar e validar cenários de testes; • Realizar homologações funcionais e técnicas; • Apoiar processos de mascaramento, anonimização e proteção de dados; • Documentar fluxos, procedimentos e regras operacionais; • Acompanhar incidentes, troubleshooting e análises de falhas; • Trabalhar em conjunto com times de desenvolvimento, dados e infraestrutura; • Garantir qualidade e aderência das entregas aos requisitos definidos; • Auxiliar na identificação de melhorias contínuas e automações de processos.
Job Requirements
- Experiência com análise funcional, suporte técnico ou sustentação de aplicações;
- Conhecimento em bancos de dados SQL;
- Experiência com criação e execução de cenários de testes;
- Conhecimento em homologação e validação de dados;
- Vivência com documentação funcional e técnica;
- Conhecimento em APIs e integrações;
- Familiaridade com ambientes Linux e Windows;
