• Prestar suporte de 1º e 2º nível em hardware, redes e periféricos. • Montar, configurar e realizar manutenção preventiva/corretiva em computadores. • Instalar e configurar sistemas operacionais e softwares básicos. • Monitorar rede local (LAN/Wi-Fi) e apoiar na solução de incidentes. • Organizar inventário de equipamentos e ativos de rede. • Registrar chamados, documentar soluções e atualizar base de conhecimento. • Apoiar projetos de melhoria de infraestrutura de TI.

• Lead architectural decisions for high-scale products. • Design, evolve, and ensure the quality of the system architecture. • Collaborate closely with product teams, engineering, and technical leadership. • Define and evolve the architecture of distributed systems and integrations. • Design scalable, secure, and highly available solutions. • Guide development teams on best practices and architectural patterns. • Conduct technical design reviews and strategic code reviews. • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation plans. • Document architectural decisions and reference models. • Serve as a technical point of reference in stakeholder discussions.

• Enjoys designing end-to-end data solutions and having real influence over technical decisions. • Lead the evolution of the data platform. • Support strategic business decisions with high quality, governance, and performance. • Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams. • Help transform data into a competitive advantage. • Design and evolve data architecture (batch and real-time). • Define standards, best practices, and guidelines for modeling and integration. • Participate in technology and tooling selection for data solutions. • Ensure data security, governance, quality, and cataloging. • Support data/analytics squads in architecture decisions. • Review technical solutions (code and architecture reviews). • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.

• Working on scalable, high-availability digital products • Develop and enhance scalable backend APIs and services • Define and implement best practices for architecture and code • Participate in technical and product decisions with the team • Write automated tests and ensure the quality of deliveries • Investigate and fix bugs and production incidents

• Lead the creation of intelligent automations that free entire teams to focus on what really matters. • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end RPA automations. • Map business processes with stakeholders and propose improvements. • Ensure the quality, performance, and resilience of bots. • Implement best practices for version control, logging, and monitoring. • Investigate incidents and work on resolving production issues. • Document solutions and support the team in knowledge sharing. • Contribute to defining RPA standards and architecture.
