Role Description We are looking for Full Stack Developers (Intermediate to Lead level) to join a high-performing team working on modern, enterprise-grade applications built on a Microsoft-centric stack. This is an opportunity to contribute to scalable, production systems with a strong focus on clean engineering, quality delivery, and real-world impact. You will be working across the full stack, collaborating closely with architects, technical leads, and cross-functional teams. Experience within banking, financial services, insurance, or other enterprise environments will be highly advantageous. - Develop and deliver end-to-end features across front-end and back-end - Build modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind - Implement and extend C# .NET APIs and services - Work with data across SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis - Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on technical design and solution delivery - Participate in backlog refinement, story shaping, and sprint planning - Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and production-ready code - Contribute to and participate in code reviews and technical discussions - Apply secure coding practices and maintain dependency hygiene - Ensure features are built with observability in mind (logging, metrics, debugging readiness) - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects with a root-cause approach - Contribute to documentation, API design, and technical handover artefacts - Work within an AI-augmented delivery environment, taking full ownership of output quality - Collaborate across front-end and back-end work as required to ensure end-to-end delivery Qualifications - 4+ years experience (Intermediate) up to 8+ years (Senior/Lead) in software development - Strong experience in React and TypeScript (front-end) - Strong experience in C# .NET / .NET Core (back-end) - Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs - Experience working with SQL databases (SQL Server preferred) - Exposure to Azure cloud environments and DevOps pipelines - Experience working within Agile / Scrum teams - Exposure to enterprise-scale systems (highly advantageous) - Banking / financial services / insurance experience (advantageous) - Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. BCom, BSc, or similar in IT / Computer Science or related field) preferred Requirements - Market-related and dependent on experience, level, and skills.
