• Lead and oversee a portfolio of complex IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery • Serve as the program lead for large, enterprise-wide initiatives with significant business impact • Define scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Drive disciplined project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies • Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints • Implement mitigation strategies and ensure proactive problem-solving • Establish and maintain project plans, status reporting, and documentation • Partner with senior business and technology leaders to align on priorities and delivery expectations • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership • Lead governance forums, steering committees, and project reviews • Manage expectations and drive accountability across cross-functional teams • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and project team members (as applicable) • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Support resource planning and capacity management across projects • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking • Ensure efficient allocation of resources across competing priorities • Provide transparency into project financials and performance • Promote best practices, standards, and tools for project management • Contribute to the evolution of project governance and delivery frameworks • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and outcomes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management
- 5+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives
- Proven track record of delivering technology projects in a matrixed, stakeholder-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- PMP, PgMP, Agile (Scrum/SAFe), or similar certification
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., document management, finance, HR, CRM platforms)
