Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field; an advanced degree is a plus. - 3-8 years of relevant experience in the public sector, at consulting firms or international organizations with demonstrable client-facing delivery. - Demonstrated experience delivering project results in complex stakeholder environments and supporting government counterparts and partners to achieve measurable outcomes. - Strong understanding of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) context and experience working with government institutions, development partners, or implementing organizations in the DRC. - Experience in immunization, public health, health systems strengthening, or related sectors is required. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional fluency in both English and French. Role Description As a Project Leader, you will work closely with governments across Sub-Saharan Africa to design and implement strategies that deliver on policy commitments.
