Role Description We are currently seeking a Project Leader to join our growing consulting team in North America. DA Project Leaders are senior professional services managers, simultaneously leading multiple projects or major workstreams, responsible for shaping the work we do and end-to-end management. They are responsible for maintaining and growing senior relationships, while leading and coaching teams of experienced Delivery Leaders and Associates. In this role, you’ll work across a range of contexts, working in collaboration with local governments, philanthropies, and nonprofit organizations. Your work will focus on partnering with them to design, shape, and scope impactful initiatives and interventions that ultimately drive resident impact. Required Skills/Experiences - Educational background: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g., Public Policy). Requisite years of professional experience and/or apprenticeship pathways will also be considered in lieu of formal education. - Professional experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant and full-time work experience in consulting, other professional services, or as a senior manager in government and public sector delivery. - Team leadership: Proven track record leading/managing a team of early-to-mid career-level contributors in a professional services or project-based context. - Project management experience: Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and programs. - Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - GenAI tools: Demonstrated comfort using or learning GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to support delivery, problem-solving, or internal operations. - AI application in public sector: Ability to translate AI capabilities into responsible, real-world applications in a public sector or mission-driven context. - Authorization + location requirements: Must be based in and have work authorization in the United States. • Será responsável pela condução end-to-end do programa de Data & Inteligência Artificial em Azure Cloud, utilizando metodologia Ágil (Scrum), assegurando alinhamento estratégico, entrega contínua de valor ao negócio e conformidade técnica, financeira e regulatória. • Possui sólida experiência na gestão de programas complexos de tecnologia, liderando múltiplas iniciativas interdependentes de engenharia de dados, analytics avançado, machine learning e IA, em ambientes cloud Azure, com forte atuação em governança ágil e gestão de stakeholders executivos. • Liderar o programa de Data & IA sob metodologia Ágil Scrum, garantindo a execução integrada de múltiplos squads; • Gerenciar diretamente uma estrutura composta por Scrum Masters e Product Owners, assegurando cadência ágil, alinhamento de prioridades e entrega incremental de valor; • Definir e manter a governança do programa ágil, incluindo roadmap, backlog estratégico, gestão de riscos, dependências e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs e OKRs); • Atuar como ponto focal entre negócio, tecnologia, cloud, dados, segurança e fornecedores, promovendo alinhamento contínuo entre as partes interessadas; • Supervisionar equipes multidisciplinares compostas por Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Engenheiros de MLOps, Arquitetos Azure, DevOps e Analytics, garantindo aderência às boas práticas ágeis; • Assegurar o correto uso e integração dos serviços Azure, como Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services e Microsoft Fabric, quando aplicável; • Garantir conformidade com requisitos de segurança, LGPD, compliance e FinOps na plataforma Azure; • Gerenciar orçamento, forecast, margem e relatórios financeiros do programa; • Conduzir reportes executivos periódicos, apresentando status, riscos, resultados e benefícios ao nível de diretoria.

• Lead and scale agile project management practices to drive successful and timely delivery of strategic initiatives. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve processes, communication, and project outcomes. • Develop and implement project strategies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance efficiency, transparency, and innovation. • Ensure project scope is clearly defined and managed, proactively identifying and controlling scope creep. • Define project roadmaps, set priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure deadlines, operational goals, and business requirements are met through effective planning and execution.

• The Manager, Project Management role is responsible for the intake of new reporting requirements • Ongoing support of reports and data feeds currently in production • Partner closely with business stakeholders to define and document requirements for new reporting solutions • Work collaboratively with technical report developers to support requirement clarification and solution design • Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business and operational needs • Support existing production reports and extracts, including monitoring, issue coordination, and stakeholder communication
