Role Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage time-sensitive, cross-departmental, multi-functional operations within an integration management workstream. The project manager will support all aspects of the end-to-end operational gateway including: - Project documentation - Communications - Customer care - Records management - Reporting - Process improvements - Operational workflows This is a full time 3-month + consulting engagement on a 1099 contract working EST hours. This position is remote but EST candidates will be prioritized. All qualified candidates must live in the United States and be fully authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship or visa transfer. Responsibilities - Daily program/project management throughout the program life cycle - Manage cross-functional resources, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting budgetary demands, and achievement of business goals - Work with management to review, optimize and document effective solutions - Proficient with Smartsheet and SharePoint tools to provide tracking, updates and advanced reporting - Liaison between cross functional teams such as product development, IT, engineering, operations, data teams, etc. - Build program documentation such as Program Charter, Risk Log, Trackability Matrix, Status Reports, Project Plans, Budget/Forecast or KPI Dashboard - Integrate business policies and governance processes into project planning - Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements - Identify, track and report program KPIs to assess impact - Coordinate, manage and monitor workflow of the cross-functional teams - Facilitate and lead project meetings and discussions with stakeholders at all levels Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years project and/or program management expertise - Strong practical experience building project documentation, KPIs, and analyzing processes to identify areas of optimization and improvement - Experience in one or more of the following areas: IT, software development, operations or product management - Industry experience either in telecommunications or large technology organizations is required - Direct hands-on experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite PowerPoint are required - Proven knowledge of Scrum, Agile & Product Development is necessary - Ability to collaborate successfully with a wide range of cross functional stakeholders - Strong leadership and management skills, coupled with ability to individually contribute and deliver on all role expectations - Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems and communicate ideas effectively - Ability to process information quickly and present it in a succinct and insightful format for various stakeholders including executives Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Business and Communications or Computer Science - PMP certification is preferred Compensation This is a short-term consulting engagement with an expected hourly rate of $85-90/hour. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
