Industry Marketing Manager

• Conduct in-depth research to understand services industry dynamics, client pain points, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape; • Leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate campaign execution, test and refine messaging, analyze customer and market data, and streamline content creation; • Build and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals and evolving services industry trends; • Design, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social, print, webinars, and industry events, to drive engagement and growth within the services sector; • Partner with internal subject matter experts to produce compelling, industry-relevant content such as sales decks, thought leadership, case studies, blogs, and customer success stories; • Represent marketing within Alithya’s Financial Services Community of Practice; • Measure campaign effectiveness, develop performance reports, and use data insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI; • Oversee financial services marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources while driving measurable outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the financial services industry;
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
  • Curious and strategic mindset, consistently follows through on tasks, excels in fast-paced environments, and possesses strong team collaboration skills.
  • Extra edge: Master of Business Administration (MBA).
