Role Description We're looking for a mid-level software engineer to help grow our connector ecosystem, with a focus on our expanding suite of AI coding tool integrations. - Build new connectors alongside your teammates, including API clients, import pipelines, database schemas, and connection verification logic for new tools we support. - Maintain and improve AI tool connectors like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, CodeRabbit, Devin, Windsurf, and Amazon Q. Keep them reliable as upstream APIs evolve and expand the metrics we collect. - Triage and fix connector incidents when third-party APIs change, syncs fail, or data quality issues surface. - Contribute to database migrations in our multi-tenant architecture, where every schema change must be safe to re-run across hundreds of customer databases. - Collaborate with product and customers to scope new integrations and validate that the data we're importing is accurate and useful. Qualifications - 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience. - Comfortable with Ruby and Rails, or a strong background in a similar language. - Experience integrating with third-party REST APIs and dealing with the different problems each one has around pagination, rate limits, OAuth, API keys, and handling flaky external dependencies. - Solid PostgreSQL fundamentals. Comfortable with indexes, upserts, schema design, and query performance. - Familiarity with background job processing systems. We use Sidekiq heavily. - Strong self-QA instincts. You need to be confident your code is correct before it ships. Role Description Dudek is currently seeking a full-time project-based Environmental Technician I to join our team. The successful candidate will help Dudek on a wide variety of projects involving sensitive aquatic resources with a focus on implementation support for: - Aquatic/water quality testing - Analysis - Management - Invasive species control - Invasive species permitting The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other Dudek staff throughout our California offices. This position will entail a mix of field and laboratory data collection and implementation, support with data evaluation and analysis, technical writing assigned portions of documents, informing senior staff of scheduling needs and changes, and task management. Duties and Responsibilities - Conducts field and laboratory efforts, ensuring data is collected per appropriate methods and procedures. - Experience, ability, and aptitude to collect clear and accurate data and field notes. - Ability to organize field or laboratory information into client work products with direction from experienced staff. - Participates in training efforts for data collection and analysis, including active participation in feedback for improvements. - Evaluates and analyzes data with guidance from experienced staff. - Collects or assists with the collection of water quality, environmental toxicology, biology, soil, and air quality data. - Safely and correctly operates and maintains field data collection equipment. - Communicates results of activities in written, oral, and graphical formats. - Maintains inventory and assists with acquisition of laboratory supplies. - Assists with scheduling laboratory and field data collection efforts. - Leads and participates in construction and upkeep of field monitoring tools.
