Associate Regional Director, Wealth Management

MassMutual Financial Group

• Develop and execute strategies focused on coaching advisors on financial planning, investment management, practice management and client acquisition • Educate advisors to help them grow their wealth and financial planning businesses • Tactical execution of written plan in each agency • 1x1 advisor coaching and support for novice and high potential experienced advisors • Conduct regular coaching program advisor focus groups for high potential wealth advisors • Deliver agency training on key concepts including: 6 Step Financial Planning Process, Client Service Models, Client Engagement Frameworks, and Product Sales Conversations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HS Diploma with 10+ years of experience in the investment management and financial planning space
  • 5+ years of sales experience selling investment management and financial planning products & solutions
  • 2+ years of experience working and developing in-depth knowledge of insurance, wealth management and any associated products and services
  • Ability to travel upwards of 50%
  • FINRA Licensing - Series 7 at time of application
  • FINRA Licensing - 66 (or 65 + 63) at time of application
