Salesforce Administrator
ICF
• Assist in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce applications and environments • Support users by troubleshooting issues, managing tickets, and resolving Salesforce-related requests in a timely manner • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and other declarative Salesforce features • Perform user account management, profile updates, page layouts, permission set assignments, and data maintenance activities • Utilize Visual Studio Code (VS Code) and GitHub for configuration management, version control, and supporting deployment activities • Maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures • Participate in data imports, data cleansing, and data quality initiatives using Salesforce tools • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding support requests, updates, and system issues.
Job Requirements
- Must be a United States (U.S.) Citizen and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.)
- Ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or supporting Salesforce applications
- 1+ years of experience Salesforce Lightning and standard Salesforce functionality
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ticket management systems
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Service Cloud or Public Sector Solutions
- Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira or similar project management tools
- Basic understanding of Flows, Apex, and debugging.
