Role Description We're looking for a high-capacity, tech-forward Recruiter to join our People & Talent team and help scale hiring across both our corporate functions and field operations in the U.S. and internationally. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves leveraging AI and modern tooling to work smarter, and is energized by the challenge of managing a high-volume, highly varied requisition load. - Own full-cycle recruiting for up to 40 concurrent requisitions across corporate (e.g., tech, finance, marketing, revenue, G&A) and field operations (e.g., property operations, housekeeping, maintenance) spanning U.S.-based and international hires. - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build interview scorecards, calibrate on candidates, and drive hiring decisions to close. - Build and execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, talent communities, and AI-powered sourcing tools to generate strong, diverse pipelines. - Leverage AI tools and automation (e.g., AI sourcing assistants, outreach personalization, screening, scheduling, ATS intelligence features) to increase speed and quality across the funnel, and proactively test and adopt new tools as the landscape evolves. - Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch through offer, reflecting AvantStay's hospitality-first brand. - Maintain clean, accurate data in the ATS and report on pipeline health, funnel metrics, and time-to-fill to hiring managers and company leadership. - Navigate the nuances of recruiting across time zones, geographies, and role types. - Continuously iterate on playbooks, templates, and workflows to make the team faster and more effective. Qualifications - At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a company that operates both corporate/HQ teams and distributed local operations teams. - Hospitality industry experience is required (hotels, vacation rentals, restaurants, travel, or similar). - Comfort carrying a high requisition load (experience managing 30+ open reqs simultaneously strongly preferred). - Fluency and genuine enthusiasm for AI-powered recruiting tools; you already use them in your workflow and are excited to push further. - Strong tech stack fluency: modern ATS platforms, sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data/reporting tools. - Self-directed, highly organized, and able to prioritize ruthlessly in an environment with shifting needs. - Experience recruiting across multiple countries is a strong plus. - Fluent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to represent AvantStay professionally to candidates and partner effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders. Requirements - Salary: $50,000–$55,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience. - Location: Fully remote; candidate must be based outside the U.S. - Hours: Monday–Friday, aligned to U.S. business hours. Benefits - You'll be doing work that matters alongside an experienced and dynamic team, transforming the way people travel and vacation. - Your place within the colossal travel and real estate industries will leave you with a wealth of opportunities to feel both challenged to innovate and rewarded for your efforts. - AvantStay is a place where you can craft your own path to greatness.

Role Description As Head of Talent Culture & Identity, you'll shape how the world's best people perceive TRM — not through press releases or LinkedIn posts, but through narrative that makes someone stop and think "that's where I want to be." You'll find the emotional core of what makes TRM worth joining, give it shape and voice, and figure out how to make it land with the people who matter most. This is a high-autonomy role. You'll set the quality bar and own the story. You'll partner with a strong executor who handles distribution and operational fundamentals — your job is the vision, the voice, and the narrative architecture. What you'll do - Unearth and shape TRM's employer narrative — the stories, characters, and moments that make the company feel alive to an outsider. - Define what belonging at TRM looks and feels like, then build the artifacts that communicate it: content, experiences, community, media. - Work directly with TRM's leadership, investigators, and engineers to surface the stories that no one else is telling. - Create cultural positioning that attracts people who are the best at what they do — and who want to be somewhere that matches their standard. - Shape TRM's presence in the rooms that matter — with a sharp point of view, not just a logo. - Develop a clear opinion on which audiences TRM should be famous with, and architect a path to get there. Qualifications - You may not have "talent marketing" on your resume. That's intentional — this function doesn't really exist at the level we need it, so we'd rather find someone who has built something analogous somewhere else. - Built community and belonging for an organization where the identity of membership mattered as much as the offering itself. - Created the cultural narrative for a brand, team, or institution that people were proud to be associated with. - Directed creative for organizations where emotional resonance was the whole point. - Know how to find the human truth in something and make it land with the right audience. - Have a genuinely high quality bar — you can feel the difference between content that resonates and content that just exists. - Operate well with autonomy, think in terms of identity and belonging rather than just channels and metrics. - Can extract a compelling story from a conversation, a policy doc, or a product demo. - Be energized by TRM's mission — the work here is serious, and you'll need to make that land without making it feel heavy. Requirements - Work hours: Minimum 4-hour overlap with EST business hours. - Communication: async-first with synchronous check-ins as needed. Benefits - High velocity, high ownership team that expects clarity, follow-through, and impact. - Environment that rewards urgency, adaptability, and outcomes. - Close collaboration across teams and functions. - Creative problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking. Company Description TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. TRM is a Series C company with $220M in total funding, backed by Blockchain Capital, Goldman Sachs, Bessemer, Y Combinator, Thoma Bravo, and others. Headquartered in San Francisco, TRM operates as a distributed-first company with hubs in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Washington D.C., London, and Singapore.
