• Developing medium to long-range sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships • Identifying and managing regular interactions with assigned customers • Resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high quality customer service • Prospecting new business opportunities with new and existing customers • Developing client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts • Reviewing and reporting on customer retention, business opportunity and market trends
Job Requirements
- BA or equivalent + 6 years related experience, or MA + 4 years related experience
- Experience in the Foodservice packaging industry and/or paperboard packaging markets
- The ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation

Role Description As an Account Executive, Growth Spend & Expense in our direct sales organization, you will be a member of the team responsible for outbound sourcing and closing of new business through a full sales cycle.
