Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; human resources, psychology, or related field, preferred
- 2+ years’ HR experience, preferred
- Experience with Workday HRIS, highly preferred
- M&A, onboarding, or HR operations experience, preferred
- Experience with SmartSheets or similar project management tools, preferred
- Must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and resourceful
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel within the US (Less than 5%)

Role Description The Senior Manager, HR Technology Solutions partners with the VP of HRTS to lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of HR technology platforms that support StandardAero's global workforce and business goals. This role oversees Talent Acquisition, SOX compliance, and other HR systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
