Role Description The Senior Manager, HR Technology Solutions partners with the VP of HRTS to lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of HR technology platforms that support StandardAero's global workforce and business goals. This role oversees Talent Acquisition, SOX compliance, and other HR systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. Working closely with HR, IT, business leaders, and third-party providers, this role drives HR technology modernization, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include: - Project and program leadership - System integrations - Reporting - Troubleshooting - Testing - Upgrades - Process design - People management Location: This position can be remote, hybrid, or on site. Scottsdale, AZ, Dallas, TX, San Antonio, TX, Cincinnati, OH, or near another StandardAero facility is preferred.
