Role Description This Program Manager will work directly with the client to help their organization operate more effectively, advance strategic priorities through internal systems management, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. - Help develop, refine, and execute day-to-day processes to maintain content databases and ensure communications materials are always kept up-to-date (e.g. talking points, slide decks, and core team branding materials). - Partner with the team to identify communications needs and be able to research, edit, and develop new copy as messaging and changes are necessary. - Help track announcements and any metrics related to their reach and impact. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in communications - Excellent written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create and manage content for diverse audiences, including senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders - Experience preparing briefing materials for senior leadership, C-Suite, and/or executives - Proactive and ambitious about your career - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate cross-functional teams - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex strategic and operational initiatives - Work experience in the energy, infrastructure, sustainability, or technology industries - Ability to work across global time zones and drive teams to work toward priority objectives - Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment Requirements - Design and implement workflows for regular content audits and updates, ensuring accuracy and relevance. - Prepare presentations and other content for senior leadership, including social media posts and talking points; manage, edit, and review the process for content geared toward internal and external audiences. - Coordinate across teams on maintenance and utilization of digital assets, including narrative library (talking points, FAQs, case studies), videos and photo libraries, slide decks, and operational databases. - Track and log external mentions and feedback related to the client’s sustainability initiatives. - Develop internal communications, including newsletters and status reports to provide updates on team’s work, key announcements and mentions, and relevant external and internal developments to senior management and leadership teams across organization.
