• Agent Architecture: Develop and implement AI agents for day-to-day tasks such as candidate screening, automated onboarding, internal employee support, benefits management, and internal surveys. • Flow Orchestration: Design automated workflows across key HR tools, connecting platforms such as Slack, Airtable, Gupy, ADP, and other systems within the internal ecosystem. • Applied Generative AI: Create frameworks, prompts, and intelligent flows to assist the HR team in activities such as performance reviews, job descriptions, communications, and operational analyses. • Data Culture: Organize and structure people data to support more strategic decisions, tracking metrics, trends, and opportunities through People Analytics. • Mentoring and Spreading an AI-First Culture: Mentor and enable the HR team to use automations and artificial intelligence, promoting a culture focused on innovation, efficiency, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
Job Requirements
- Hybrid Background: Solid experience in HR (preferably in SaaS companies), combined with a strong technological orientation.
- Experience with LLMs: Proficiency with generative AI tools applied to business contexts.
- No-Code/Low-Code: Proficiency with automation tools such as n8n and Zapier, as well as API integrations.
- AI Frameworks: Knowledge of agent creation platforms.
- Process Mindset: Ability to apply methodologies to optimize workflows before automating them.
- Security and LGPD: Familiarity with data security and the application of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) in AI contexts.
