Basic Qualifications: - Educational Background: At least college graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related course - Fresh grad or preferably with relevant work experience. - Has a knowledge and experience in HR Contact Center using - Amazon Connect or any cloud contact system - Has a knowledge and experience in HRIS tool i.e Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft - Has a knowledge and experience in Case Ticketing Tools i.e Salesforce, Service Now, Siebel - Has a knowledge and experience in Gsuites - Must possess analytical skills and customer focus. - Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondences - Must be flexible with working schedules, depending on business needs. - Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
