• Será responsável pela condução end-to-end do programa de Data & Inteligência Artificial em Azure Cloud, utilizando metodologia Ágil (Scrum), assegurando alinhamento estratégico, entrega contínua de valor ao negócio e conformidade técnica, financeira e regulatória. • Possui sólida experiência na gestão de programas complexos de tecnologia, liderando múltiplas iniciativas interdependentes de engenharia de dados, analytics avançado, machine learning e IA, em ambientes cloud Azure, com forte atuação em governança ágil e gestão de stakeholders executivos. • Liderar o programa de Data & IA sob metodologia Ágil Scrum, garantindo a execução integrada de múltiplos squads; • Gerenciar diretamente uma estrutura composta por Scrum Masters e Product Owners, assegurando cadência ágil, alinhamento de prioridades e entrega incremental de valor; • Definir e manter a governança do programa ágil, incluindo roadmap, backlog estratégico, gestão de riscos, dependências e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs e OKRs); • Atuar como ponto focal entre negócio, tecnologia, cloud, dados, segurança e fornecedores, promovendo alinhamento contínuo entre as partes interessadas; • Supervisionar equipes multidisciplinares compostas por Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Engenheiros de MLOps, Arquitetos Azure, DevOps e Analytics, garantindo aderência às boas práticas ágeis; • Assegurar o correto uso e integração dos serviços Azure, como Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services e Microsoft Fabric, quando aplicável; • Garantir conformidade com requisitos de segurança, LGPD, compliance e FinOps na plataforma Azure; • Gerenciar orçamento, forecast, margem e relatórios financeiros do programa; • Conduzir reportes executivos periódicos, apresentando status, riscos, resultados e benefícios ao nível de diretoria.
