Role Description The Communications Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional communications project coordination and serving as the primary liaison between the Internal Communications team and internal partners across the organization. This role is central to the team's ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder work — including the organization's digital workplace modernization initiative — on time and with clear accountability. Role Description We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager with a strong Network Engineering background to support customer engagements, pre-sales activities, and service delivery development within the Middle East & Africa Regions. The primary focus of the role is service delivery ownership and coordination, ensuring that customer engagements are well-structured, deliverable, and aligned with business objectives. A solid technical foundation in network engineering is mandatory as the role requires the ability to understand, challenge, and shape technical solutions, particularly during early customer discussions and pre-sales activities.
