Senior Manager, Technical Operations

• Support SOC1 and SOC2 compliance activities for Sophia Learning and Workforce Edge • Coordinate technical evidence gathering, control documentation, and remediation activities across the technical operations team • Support corporate-led SOX compliance efforts • Manage the Integration & Support team to ensure reliable, timely resolution of partner and platform technical issues • Lead the DevOps function across CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud environment management • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of direct reports

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical operations, DevOps, IT compliance, or a related field required
  • 4+ years of experience managing technical teams required
  • 2+ years of experience with SOC1, SOC2, or SOX compliance processes required
  • 2+ years of hands-on or management experience in GCP, AWS, or cloud environments required
  • Experience managing data integrations or API-based partner ecosystems preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field required (Master’s Degree preferred)
  • CISA, CISSP, AWS, or GCP certifications preferred but not required
