Sales Development Sequence Manager

Role Description First Due is a leading provider of Public Safety Software, and outbound prospecting is one of our highest-leverage channels for generating qualified pipeline across fire, EMS, and law enforcement agencies. We're looking for a Sales Development Sequence Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our SDR motion—owning every cadence, sequence, and outbound play across Gong Engage and Salesforce. - Own the end-to-end design, build, and optimization of all SDR cadences and sequences in Gong Engage and Salesforce. - Develop a structured A/B testing program across various elements. - Maintain a versioned, tagged library of cadences segmented by persona, agency size, and use case track. - Continuously monitor sequence performance and refresh underperforming cadences. - Partner with the Director of Sales Development and RSDs to translate quarterly priorities into deployable cadences. - Own the operational workflow that moves prospecting data from various platforms into Gong Engage and Salesforce. - Build and maintain trigger-based outbound plays around public safety-specific signals. - Maintain list hygiene standards across the SDR funnel. - Operate as the primary owner of Qualified and its AI-driven automated sequencing for the SDR team. - Lead onboarding and ongoing training for SDRs on various platforms. - Serve as the central operational point of contact between SDRs, RSDs, Marketing, RevOps, and Product Marketing. - Define and track sequence-level KPIs and build dashboards for performance visibility. Qualifications - 4–7 years of experience in sales development operations, sales engagement management, or RevOps. - Hands-on expertise in Gong Engage (or comparable platforms) and Salesforce. - Demonstrated experience with at least one prospecting/sales intelligence platform. - Direct, hands-on experience with Qualified or comparable AI-driven platforms. - Proven ability to design, run, and act on rigorous A/B tests. - Strong messaging and copywriting instincts. - Highly organized with strong project management instincts. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requirements - B2B SaaS or technology company experience, ideally selling into mid-market or government/public sector buyers. - Familiarity with public safety, government, or mission-critical software industries. - Experience operating within or alongside an AI-forward GTM team. - Background that combines messaging/content development with sales engagement operations. - Confidence navigating a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Role Description The Solution Manager, or otherwise referred to as the Technical Account Manager, provides account management and high-level technical support to customers, serving as the primary technical source for supporting sales/marketing activities. Technical Account Managers take full responsibility of the daily operation of customer service function to strengthen customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. The focus of work is in project management, project design, and proactive account management. This position is fully remote, with occasional travel. This role can reside anywhere in the United States. The estimated salary range is $80,000 - $90,000, based on experience level. Key Responsibilities - Provide primary business, technical and product/service advice to customers, including effective solutions to customer’s project inquiries and generating price quotes for project design. - Analyze customers’ needs, resolve troubleshooting and/or complaints with technical issues, and advise them of additional services and product solutions when necessary. - Identify potential areas of concern for customers and make recommendations based on recognizing customers’ current and future needs during continued business relationships. - Maintain close communication with customers and facilitate communication with technical support when necessary. - Collaborate with internal teams/departments to achieve sustainable growth. - Organize and provide training for internal sales and external distributors by delivering presentations and/or demos.
