Senior Technical Consultant

Role Description Ellucian is seeking a talented Senior Colleague Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will work closely with higher education clients, collaborating with fellow consultants and operating independently to support the implementation of Colleague ERP solutions. You’ll bring a strong blend of application development expertise and client-facing training skills to help institutions modernize their campuses. As colleges and universities embrace cloud and SaaS technologies to drive student success, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through their transformation and ensuring successful adoption of Ellucian solutions. - Meet with customers to maintain open communication and deliver professional service technical engagement. - Provide guidance and assist with the conversion of the client’s legacy data to Colleague. - Promote customer usage of Ellucian resources such as the Solution Center, product documentation, and Communities. - Success will be measured by customer satisfaction, achievement of projects, and utilization targets. Qualifications - 7+ years of Ellucian experience working in a customer-facing role within a Colleague software environment. - Experience providing programming, analysis, and end-user support for Colleague. - Experience with packaging and installation of software updates.
