Associate Product Manager

Mastery Logistics Systems

• Execute on the strategy and vision for a component of Mastery's Transportation Management System • Aid Product Manager(s) in the development of product requirements, workflow diagrams, and backlog prioritization • Actively participate in scrum ceremonies to answer questions and provide clarification during development of features to ensure they remain true to product requirements and intent • Support engineering team(s) with testing during development and delivery • Build and maintain supporting documentation relating to your product(s) and feature(s) • Develop an understanding of Mastery's users and act as an advocate for their needs

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in product management or software business analysis
  • Experience working on Enterprise B2B SaaS products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Compassion and empathy for users and solving their problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to frame and decompose complex problem statements into clear solutions
  • Prior Logistics or Supply Chain experience a bonus
  • CSPO or equivalent certification(s) preferred
  • Comfortable with stakeholder management, including executive level.

Role Description The Solutions PMM team owns ICP strategy, core narrative, solutions messaging, competitive positioning, and field enablement across all segments. This role specifically leads our data & AI GTM motion—one of Retool’s most strategically important growth areas. We’re looking for a senior technical PMM who can go beyond messaging frameworks and into direct, hands-on field credibility: - Define and own the data & AI ICP - Go deep on fluid competitive dynamics with code generation tools - Synthesize quarterly research into actionable GTM intelligence - Show up as a genuine partner to sellers on active deals This is a high-visibility role with real scope.
